Emergency Volunteer Tuition Credit Program

In 2000, the Eastampton Township Council adopted a resolution authorizing participation in the Emergency Volunteer Tuition Credit Program (Chapter 145 of 1998).

Under this program, volunteers in the emergency services, and their spouses and children, qualify for a $600 per year tuition credit from a County or State institution of higher education - not to exceed $2,400 over four years.   To qualify, you need to be a member in good standing of an emergency service agency and agree to serve as a volunteer for at least four years and maintain a C grade average.  Forms are available through the Township Manager at 267-5723.
