The
Eastampton Fire-Rescue Department (also known as Eastampton Fire Department) was
created January 1, 1998 by resolution of the Board of Fire Commissioners of the
Eastampton Fire District. It integrated, for the first time, the two township fire
companies into a unified fire department command structure, with common operating
guidelines.
